Frequently Asked Questions

What are clinical trials?

How can I participate in a clinical trial?

At the Charak Center, we take your mental health and wellness seriously. If you choose to participate in a clinical trial, rest assured that you are in good hands. Clinical trials are at the heart of all medical advances providing new ways to treat disease. Our clinical trials consist of new drug therapies or combination of drugs. The goal is to determine if a new treatment works. Our doctors conduct clinical trials according to strict rules that are set by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). These rules make sure that people who agree to be in a study are treated safely.
