At Charak, we are passionate about our patients, and we love encouraging what our patients are passionate about! We are accepting artwork donations from YOU, to help decorate our offices! If your artwork is chosen, it will be on display in one of our five offices to help make patients' days a little brighter!

How can I submit my artwork?
Submitting artwork is just as easy as taking a picture and filling out the form below! Artwork should be no larger than 3 feet (36") in either length, width, or both. and it should be appropriate for all ages in content and subject material.
Fill out the form, located here,
to submit your artwork for approval.
1.) Once you have submitted your artwork via the form above, sit back and wait to receive an email from us.
2.) If your artwork is chosen, we will contact you to set up a time and location to receive your physical piece.
3.) When your piece is framed and on display in our offices, we will send you a picture of its location.
4.) If your artwork is no longer needed, we will email you to return your piece.
