How can I pay my bill?

Who do I call about questions concerning my bill?

Can I pay my bill over the phone?

We accept payments over the phone, through the mail, or in person.

Yes, call any one of our five mental health clinics during normal business hours from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday, and we can accept your credit card payment over the phone.

Can I pay my bill online?

This is a planned option for the future, but currently we do not have capability for this.

What types of insurance do you accept?

Yes, at the Charak Center, we are happy to accept credit card, check or cash for your appointments.

Can I be seen at your practice if I do not have health insurance?

At the Charak Center, we accept all major insurance carriers, Medicare, and Medicaid. If you are unsure about what we accept, please go to this link. Insurance policies differ on the coverage of behavioral health services
