Medina Practice Manager & Marketing Manager
Michelle brings to our team an extensive background in marketing and public relations with experience working in the medical, industrial and pharmaceutical industries in Upstate New York, Germany and here in Ohio. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from Syracuse University, and is currently working on her Master's degree in Integrated Marketing Communications at West Virginia University. She enjoys writing poetry, biking, hiking and kayaking the various parks here in Ohio along with her two children.
Elyria Practice Manager
Suzanne is happily married and a long time resident of Northeast Ohio. She has three sons and five adorable grandsons, as well as two wonderful rescue cats that keep her very busy.
Stow Practice Manager
Kelsey began working at Charak Center in 2017, and worked her way up to the practice manager position at the Stow location. Her career has been in the healthcare field since 2014, and she has a passion for helping people. In her spare time, Kelsey enjoys spending time with her family and outdoor recreation.
Mentor Practice Manager
Nicole attended college at Kent State University graduating with a bachelor's degree in psychology. She has been with Charak Center for over six years now. She originally began her employment at the Stow location, and then transferred to Mentor to be closer to her family.
Garfield Heights Practice Manager
Krista recently moved to Cleveland from Cincinnati, Ohio. She has a bachelor's degree in psychology from Thomas More University and a Master's degree in Health Administration from the University of Cincinnati. Krista has been working in the field of mental health and addiction for three years in both inpatient and outpatient treatment centers.
Regional BWC Coordinator
Christine has been at Charak for many years. Christine has her Associates degree in Human Services / Social Work with an emphasis on Crisis Management and Addiction Services.
A recent graduate of Highland High School, Desiree is currently an online student pursuing her degree in psychology. However, once the Corona virus has subsided, she hopes to be on campus. Desiree is a team player with a friendly face who enjoys helping patients at the Medina office.
Beth is a recent graduate of Highland High School currently attending Tri-C online pursuing a degree in finance. She enjoys spending time with her dog Sadie and her cat Theo. Beth is excited to be a part of the team at Charak.
